It's a dream we all share, wanting to write a book and wondering how to get started.
How about you? Want to get a strong start to that book you've been wanting to write? I can help.
How does Novel In A Weekend work? Surely I can't finish a full-length novel in two days?
Naturally, I don't expect you to write a whole book in two days. I take a very systematic approach with this course, and I teach you how to implement it during a two-day weekend, or any two days of your choosing. I recommend that you get away by yourself, to avoid the distractions of daily life (aren't a lot of those distractions the very reason you haven't moved very far with your book idea yet?). Go to the beach, tuck into a cozy cabin somewhere, or simply stay home and send the family to visit grandma. We want to give your creative muse every advantage!
You can start as soon as you enroll--all course materials are delivered to your computer, and you can start the moment you download them, or you can begin any time you wish. You have lifetime access to the course manual and all the bonuses listed here.
Here's what we'll cover:
Day 1 - Taking your original idea (even if it's only a tiny seed of a story line), we develop a story premise to include all the important benchmarks which make novels dynamic and give yours that all important page-turner quality. We create (or decide upon) the story's location and define the genre--so crucial when contacting agents or editors. We build in-depth character profiles for several lead characters.
Day 2 - Using the story premise developed on Day 1 we build your plot with story goals at specific points--these are important! We concentrate on developing a strong opening scene and work on techniques for avoiding middle-of-the-book fizzle (keeping the plot strong throughout, in other words), then we build the plot toward the climax at the end. We discuss subplots and theme and how to best weave them into the central story. Before starting to write the first chapter, we talk about choosing the point of view and the best way to address it. That afternoon we talk about techniques for memorable writing, and then we actually begin writing the opening scene (or chapter) of your book. Finally, I give you a schedule for finishing the book quickly (on average, I finish my mystery novels in 30 to 45 days).
PLUS - I've included a Goal-Setting Calendar to help you stay on track!!

Sounds comprehensive--How expensive is it?
Less than college, that's for sure!
Seriously, if you look into writing schools or online courses, you'll find that most of them run into the hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. Sold separately, my course manual and each of my special bonus reports could add up to that--but they don't. Schools also tend to take a long time and cover a lot of material you don't need. You probably remember back to your school days--there's either frustration that the class moved along at the pace of the slowest students, or the instructor zipped ahead and you felt lost in the shuffle. With Novel In A Weekend, you work at your pace and we're using your story idea. You don't have to listen to a roomful of other students pitch their own stories--we are working with your ideas and your material throughout. It's not theory--it's your story idea coming to life--now! Okay, so in dollars and cents, what's it cost? For the step-by-step manual, the full two days of instruction, ALL the helpful worksheets, and the bonus tips for staying motivated, the regular price for this course is only $197, which is a bargain when you think of training for a new career, or pursuing a lifelong dream. However, right now I'm doing something unprecedented and offering the full course for ... Just $99. A simple one-time payment (or put it on your credit card if that's more convenient)--that's it! And there's a 60-day money back guarantee if you start the course and discover it isn't for you. Consider it a great investment in your next career! I hope you are as excited to get started on your idea for your book as I am to be able to help you with it. Let's get started today. Just click button above (it takes you to Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account for this). You'll receive confirmation of your order and a link to receive your downloadable PDF materials right away. You could be making solid progress on your book this weekend! PS: I've never done this before, but for a limited time I'm including a FREE e-book copy of my most sought-after writing technique book, Show Don't Tell. It truly does help you solve the #1 problem most new writers face--how to bring spark, life, and action into your storytelling. Sign up for Novel In A Weekend today and it's yours! |
